  • Are the employees in America legally available to work?

All of our employees have the legal permission to work for Star One Staffing. We arrange all of their documentation with the proper authorities and maintain well organized filing system for efficient access to employee records.

  • Does an employer have many costs when hiring a Star One Staff member?

No, there is only one cost to the employer, which is a fixed per hour fee for each staff member.

  • What if an employee is sick and cannot work, is there a replacement?

Yes, we have many staff members that can easily be rotated into a vacant position as needed.

  • How much time is needed from the point of ordering staff to receiving them ready to work?

We are able to accommodate a staff member order request with two or three days notice. However, in extreme cases of need, we can usually provide staff within as little as one hour, depending on distance and road conditions to the site.

  • What if there is a medical emergency with a staff member on the job?

Star One Staffing has the full responsibility of its staff medically or otherwise, regardless of where they are located and what they are doing.
